While working *hard* on the Alphabet Book these days, I recall my cubicle life in the biggest publishing company here in Cebu. Before I finally decided to be a full-time-mother/freelance-designer, the last project I had on my plate was to convert Sneasy The Greasy Babysits Abigail (above book) to an animated, interactive fun for the Featured Book page of Trafford’s new website. I kind of miss having to solve little actionscript problems and I remember how I secretly hid my iPod under my jacket just so I can concentrate working on Flash. Anyway, here’s a little fun for you folks!

Another late night post. Dogs howl, lights flicker. Consistent signs that I should be heading off to Dreamland. Tomorrow is yet another day to fulfill tasks, keep up with the regular parental responsibilities, daydream, realise significant ideas, remember the days gone. I couldn’t see myfuture, the way I haven’t seen this life coming 10 years ago. I want to keep it that way. But let’s plan and act for our future and hope the Universe agrees. See, it’s never to late to say Goodnight.

My unpredictable white board.

This will have to do for now. Next step is to further enhance the elements, revise some words if needed. Bottomline, this is for my boys. It has to be close to perfect. I hope I get this done and printed andbinded before Christmas. Yay! ^_^

What will I be making tonight? I just asked that a few hours ago on my previous post.
Well, here it is. I just can’t wait for tomorrow!
This hardworking baby finally needs some soft lovin’…

It looks really festive and cozy.
Fabric by Beesquare Fabrics which I purchased last 2009 (sadly, they’ve closed down).
I made the case very simple and easy to handle. I wish I had used a thicker cloth though.

It wasn’t that easy handling the mini machine. But I was having a really good time trying to figure out the technique on my own. I want to make something right away so I didn’t settle for a sample cloth or anything easier or make time to practice. Sorry, it’s just how I am. Noticed anything “wrong” in the picture? ^_^

Mom found this vintage Mini Sewing Machine for only PHP50! I was so thrilled to try it and thank heavens it still works perfectly! Thank you, Mommy! Now to get busy. Hmm.. what should I be making tonight? ^_^

Doesn’t it remind you of a Macbook charger? Hihi!

Trying to strike a pose to give you a glimpse of how cool it would look better on you. Of course it’s only oversized on me and has become a dress which I would prefer to be tucked in jeans. Bought this boho love for Handpicked Style. This isn’t an official photo by the way, I just wanted to try out the logo as a watermark.

Want to wear it? Watch out for the opening of Handpicked Style soon. See you!
